Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 14 working days after receipt of payment.

Our delivery company will then contact you by email or phone to arrange a mutually convenient day / time for delivery.

Unlike most delivery companies, ours offer a personal service, and can sometimes deliver evenings and weekends if requested. All deliveries will require a signature. 

We are currently offering FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £100

Deliveries to Scotland will incur a £29 surcharge

Deliveries to Ireland will incur a £49 surcharge

Cancellation

An item cannot usually be cancelled once ordered and paid for. However in exceptional circumstances, if the item has not been delivered, we will allow cancellation, subject to a 35% cancellation fee, plus a £50 administration charge. 

Returns

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours. You will need to return it to us within 7 days.

We will attempt to replace it immediately, upon receiving the original item returned but if we have no stock, we will issue a full refund - excluding £75 handling charge and cost of delivery.

Deliveries to Northern or Southern Ireland are at the buyers risk. If an item is broken, it must be returned by the buyer. Once returned, it will be subject to a 40% administration charge plus £95 handling charge.

If you wish to return any item that has been delivered that is not damaged, you must return it to us at your cost and there will be a 50% cancellation charge plus a £50 administration charge.
